Kinetic began with a clear ambition: to build better electrical businesses by improving not only the work delivered on site, but also the systems and processes behind it.
Built by Darren and Vicki Bambry, together with Ken Parsons and Lisa Arrell, Kinetic grew into a respected network of independently owned electrical businesses across New Zealand. Local business owners came together to share knowledge, resources and smarter ways of working, while remaining closely connected to their customers and communities.
That same commitment to smarter systems, shared learning and strong local relationships continues to shape Kinetic today.

In June 2026, Kinetic Electrical joined Level Group NZ, connecting Kinetic businesses with the wider Level Group ANZ alliance while preserving the local ownership, relationships and Kinetic identity customers know.
The partnership gives Kinetic businesses access to broader support, stronger supplier relationships, business development, marketing and modernised systems. For customers, it means working with a locally owned electrical business with an even stronger platform behind it.
